The project developed office and production spaces for a bio-tech company. The project utilized adaptive re-use of an old car repair and storage building that was in disrepair to develop a state of the art facility within an old light-industrial part of Denver. We created a new entry and connective structure that transformed the separate buildings into a comprehensive facility.
