observatory park residence
The Observatory Park Residence is an addition and remodel project to an existing 1960s house located in central Denver near the University of Denver. We expanded and remodeled the kitchen and main living spaces, creating an open flow between the spaces. We also opened up and reoriented the kitchen and living spaces to the exterior garden for an indoor-outdoor connection and create a flow for entertaining indoors & outdoors. The addition includes a pool house with kitchenette, a home office space, a bathroom & steam shower in addition to the expanded kitchen. We remodeled the primary bedroom suite and provided a rooftop balcony off the master bedroom that capitalizes on the views to the rear garden spaces.
