Congress Park / Cook Residence

The Congress Park Residence is a remodel and an upper level addition to a craftsman home located in Denver. Our goals were to enhance the spaces and celebrate the craftsman detailing while creating a home for a modern families needs. We provide a complete interior remodel to open the flow of living spaces and create a large modern kitchen. We designed the second story addition to fit with the proportions of the original craftsman home and provide design to match rooflines and integrate new and original detailing.
